Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Operational Care Supervisor, Revenue Care in Sydney, Australia

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sea Logistics Operational Care Supervisor to join our team within Revenue Care, based in Sydney.

Your Role

This role is key in providing leadership and direction to the operational finance team and driving profitability, cost awareness and efficiency across the Sea Logistics Department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying and resolving performance gaps in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.

  • Proactively ensuring the timely closure of files, early GP recognition and improve auto closing rates.

  • Routinely perform audits on closed files, documenting + escalating any issues as required.

  • Ensuring all intercompany billing is performed in a timely and corrective manner.

  • Identifying root causes of issues and proposing corrective actions establishing and driving gross profit improvement plans.

  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all operational finance data over its life cycle.

  • To undertake any other tasks required by management. #LI-DNI
