ABOUT THIS ROLE

As Promotions Manager - APAC, you will be working within Audible's Global Acquisition team, based in Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo and Berlin. Located in Sydney, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and project manage promotional campaigns across three APAC marketplaces, aimed at acquiring new customers and re-engaging former members through targeted discounts during marquee events such as Prime Day and Black Friday. You will focus on establishing and optimizing user flows and experiences for all non-member audiences, from segmentation to the creation of templates and campaigns, as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

As a Promotions Manager - APAC, you will...

  • Own the Acquisition and member growth targets for Promotional campaigns in the APAC region

  • Coordinate and project manage promotional campaigns across APAC marketplaces, utilizing various channels including onsite, organic, CRM, and paid channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing channel owners, creative, marketing operations, legal, and regional P&L owners to deliver the best possible customer experience during the campaign

  • Identify, document, and communicate any issues or bugs with precision and expedience, partnering with international tech teams and regional stakeholders for prompt resolution

  • Track and Monitor performance and provide comprehensive updates to management regarding key metrics and performance indicators

Basic Qualifications

  • Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, M.B.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree) or similar

  • Experience working on operational tasks and meeting strict project deadlines

  • Fluency in English & Japanese, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to raise issues proactively, articulate them clearly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and regions

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, customer segmentation, and user experience principles
