Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with a strong background in banking, fintech, technology, and professional services to lead complex, large-scale transformation programs . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end digital transformation , process optimisation , and business change initiatives within fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This delivery-focused role is responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and process mapping , skilled in analysing, designing, and optimising workflows to enhance innovation and performance. Proficiency in business process modelling tools and methodologies is essential, with experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, preferably Appian . The ideal candidate will excel at identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining operations, and leveraging automation to deliver measurable impact. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams are key to success in this role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of complex, multi-faceted programs of work, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget across banking, fintech, and technology sectors.
Execute on strategies that align with client objectives, focusing on digital innovation, process optimisation, and enhancing business operations.
Manage large-scale programs from inception through to implementation, working across a portfolio of projects to ensure cohesive delivery and consistent progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and align with business goals.
Oversee the digital transformation of business processes, leveraging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, automation, and data analytics to optimise operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring clear communication of program status, risks, and opportunities.
Deliver process optimisation programs, streamlining business operations and ensuring continuous improvement within the organisation.
Work closely with senior leadership and executive teams to drive program governance, including reporting, budgeting, and resource management.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and delivery teams, ensuring successful coordination and execution across all program workstreams.
Monitor and evaluate program risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery aligns with both business and client expectations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly within the banking and fintech environments.
Act as a subject matter expert in digital transformation and process optimisation, providing advisory support to both internal teams and external clients.
Key Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex programs in banking, fintech, technology, or professional services environments.
Proven expertise in managing end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and driving process optimisation at an enterprise level.
Strong understanding of banking, fintech, and technology trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to program strategy and execution.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing large program budgets, resources, and timelines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Extensive experience working with clients in professional services, with a focus on delivering transformative outcomes in digital solutions and operational improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Deep understanding of change management, process reengineering, and business process optimisation frameworks.
Experience working with digital tools, platforms, and technologies such as cloud solutions, AI, automation, and analytics.
A proven track record in managing and mitigating program risks while delivering consistent program success.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred .
