The opportunity:

  • Manage and administer Source to Contract (S2C) & related procurement systems, developing tools and templates to support implementation.

  • Support procurement activities like tender requests, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.

  • Maintain preferred supplier panels, manage rates, terms, ensure compliance, maintain relationships, and resolve vendor disputes.

  • Collaborate with CBRE stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure delivery of appropriate procurement solutions.

  • Provide training and support to Property and Facilities Managers for effective procurement outcomes.

  • Work autonomously, standardize procurement procedures, develop training materials, guide system users, support supplier on-boarding, manage contracts registry, and conduct compliance audits.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; additional Procurement qualification preferred (CIPS).

  • 3-5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in procurement systems or procurement excellence role.

  • Solid knowledge of procurement source to contract (S2C), contract management, and related procurement systems.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in supporting procurement functions, developing tools, and implementing S2C procurement systems.

  • Proven ability in continuous improvement and innovation, utilizing various management and performance improvement tools.

  • Experience in establishing and running procurement programs, with strong analytical skills and ability to build professional relationships.
