Are you ready to lead with passion and deliver exceptional guest experiences? Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Front Office team, ensuring seamless check-ins and memorable stays for our guests.

  • Mentor and develop team members, driving performance and creating a positive work environment.

  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.

  • Manage daily operations, including financial transactions, staffing needs, and guest relations.

  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guest services.

  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

  • Valid NSW RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence.

  • Ability to inspire and engage your team, fostering a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.
