Amazon Learning Coordinator in Sydney, Australia

Description

The AU Delivery Services Learning team is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join our Amazon Logistics team at our Delivery Station in Bella Vista, NSW.

As a On the Road (OTR) Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, both in-person and virtually, to educate our On Road Partners on foundational skills such as safety, quality, and productivity. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will adapt your facilitation approach to cater to diverse learning styles, enabling the success of these partners.

To be successful in this role, you will have a customer-centric mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.

This is a full time hourly role based on day shift patterns, and reports to the AU On the Road Learning & Talent Development Manager.

Key job responsibilities

  • Revise and design training content for facilitated and e-learning programs that are inclusive, accessible, and cater to diverse learning styles and backgrounds

  • Facilitate training and be comfortable with in person and virtual facilitation

  • Continuously monitor and update training content to ensure it reflects the latest policies, procedures, and industry best practices

  • Proactively leverage data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of learning solutions

  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices across the AU Learning and On the Road teams

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address any barriers to successful learning transfer

  • Contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of relevant training programs

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles

  • and facilitating training programs

  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS)

  • Skilled in data analysis and visualisation to derive meaningful

  • insights

  • 1+ year of learning system management experience, or 2- years of experience at Amazon

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Learning Design
