Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Oversees and coordinates maintenance and repairs for all maintenance requests and manages soft services within the office

  • Manage the client and vendor relationships

  • Performs daily floor walks and facilities inspections and prepares reports as required

  • Responds to client inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all work orders are completed and jobs closed with KPI timeframes

  • May coordinate and manage moves and change activities.

  • Assists in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals and raising Purchase Orders in systems

  • Ensuring Work Health & Safety is adhered to and monthly safety observations recorded

  • Computer literate, and willing to learn and manage internal systems

About you:

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills

  • Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks

  • Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, or related role

  • Logical and analytical thought processes and good problem solving skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Familiarity of financial terms and principles

  • A Team Player who is willing to assist our team is a must
