The Role

Working in a high-performance team within one of our flagship Global Finance clients, you will assist with all facilities tasks across a state-of-the-art new premium office tower in Sydney CBD, ensuring that all work orders are complete and high quality service is maintained.

For the successful candidate, this collaborative and fast-paced position will be a career-defining role to support the foundations for the client’s ongoing success in 2024, following an exciting period of workplace transformation and mobilisation of their new state-of-the-art Headquarters.

A typical day may involve:

  • End-to-end coordination of planned and reactive maintenance across all office floors and spaces within the building.

  • Attending to client inquiries and collect work orders.

  • Coordinating contractors, granting access permits and collecting relevant documentation and certifications.

  • Managing work requests, purchase orders and invoicing.

  • Monitoring correct waste disposal and recycling practices.

  • Setting up meeting rooms and A/V equipment for on-site events.

  • Assisting with occasional minor projects – office fit-outs, renovations, and equipment upgrades.

  • Reviewing service reports, creating follow-up actions, and collecting data for monthly reporting to the client.

  • Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.

Requirements

  • (ESSENTIAL) – Existing experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar, with knowledge of both hard and soft services.

  • (ESSENTIAL) – Experience within a corporate office environment.

  • (ESSENTIAL) – Polished, well presented corporate style, with excellent relationship management skills.

  • (PREFERRED) – Experience within an A-grade premium building and complex state-of-the-art building systems.

  • Pro-active “can do” attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competency with MS Office programs.

  • Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.
