This position works for the Nutrition business. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Your responsibilities include (and not limited to):
Perform administrative duties including expense management, diary management, meeting minute taking and composition of communications
Scheduling, coordinating and booking of flights, accommodation, conferences and meetings
Manage communication across the Nutrition ANZ organisation
Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team
Manage the Health Care Professionals (HCP) approval process, travel and related activities
Who we’re looking for:
At least 5-10 years experience as an executive assistant to a General Manager or senior stakeholder
High level of initiative to keep on top of what needs to be done and effectively manage high impact situations
Ability to manage relationships at all levels
An ability to maintain confidentiality when managing inquiries
Capacity to maintain a high level of performance and problem-solving to meet expectations and deadlines
Advanced ability in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft communication on behalf of the GM
Quality, Safety and Environmental
Attend regular departmental meetings with relevant manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.
Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.
Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
Ensure any PPE provided by the Abbott is worn.
Report any accidents or incidents within 24 hours through Donesafe and notify your manager.
Conduct
Ensure all activities carried out by self and others are in accordance with legislative employment policies, health & safety requirements and global policy.
Promote a standard of excellence for quality and customer focus at Abbott.

Essential Requirements
Timesheet Compliance
Ensure the timely completion of the timesheet via the ADP system. At minimum, this must be completed on a monthly basis and approved by your Manager prior to the 8th of the following month.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
Minimum three years’ experience in a senior administrative role, tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not a necessity.
Must have a demonstrated ability to manage communication and administrative requirements between a local affiliate and an Area/Division Regional Office.
