We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a well established and highly motivated individual to join our team as Director of Loyalty Programs for our East Asia and Pacific (EAPAC) region. The role will be based out of our Sydney or Singapore support office and reports to our Head of Loyalty based out of the UK. The core purpose of the role is to lead our global loyalty agenda in EAPAC, this includes analyzing loyalty performance trends, understanding the competitive environment, assisting with regional strategic loyalty business plan development, while leading the implementation of tactical initiatives to drive member acquisition, retention, share of wallet, engagement, and guest love across the region. The role will work collaboratively with commercial, operational, and marketing colleagues across the region to understand and address local challenges and opportunities to grow loyalty metrics (especially contribution) across all brands.

What we need from you

To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes are highly desirable

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 8+ years progressive experience managing global teams with demonstrated commercial success in strategy, consulting, professional services and/or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality.

  • Driving Results - Generate positive business results through strategic business planning and successful execution.

  • Leading Change - Proven track record driving innovation and change in a complex, global organization.

  • Executive Presence - Motivate and inspire action across the organization.

  • Collaboration - Collaborate with and lead cross-functional, teams.

  • Influencing with Impact - Work across functions to shape and drive how loyalty can support commercial performance and marketing in region.

  • Effective Communicator - Present to all levels of the organization and build internal & external relationships.

  • Project Management - Demonstrated project management skills in organizing, planning, and executing plans across the business.

  • People Leadership - Experience leading people to reach their full potential and building high performing teams.

  • Other - Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
