Job Description

We have an exciting opening for a talented Mid-Level Creative Team to join the Leo Burnett network in Sydney.

As an established Creative team, you will develop innovative, impactful, omni-channel creative solutions and help drive some of the agency’s most creatively ambitious clients/brands. You are curious and immersed in culture, and love to use your creative powers to solve human problems.

As an established Creative partnership, you’ll get to:

  • Concept, develop and help drive innovative and world class creative campaigns, and contribute to thought leading on creative concepts, direction and tone etc.

  • Work closely with Creative leaders and our broader team, as well as clients and stakeholders to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life.

  • Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care, seeing work through to final delivery phases.

Qualifications

The ideal Creative Team will have:

  • Evidence delivering effective, innovative and highly creative campaigns (all applications must include an online portfolio of creative work).

  • Minimum 4+ years of creative agency experience.

  • Good understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print.

  • Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC - must be able to work at pace on your own concepts (Art Director).

  • Strong story telling ability – ability to turn insights into a narrative and effective creative solution for clients (Copywriter).

  • Excellent understanding of marketing and design principles.

  • A strong commitment to the needs of all clients and their brands and be passionate about delivering the best work to them.

  • Experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and understanding of customer journey mapping from a creative perspective.

  • Experience working in an agile environment and be comfortable with a fluid approach to work.

  • Understanding and experience presenting concepts and proposals to all levels, intelligently adapting approach to suit the needs of the audience.

  • A positive mindset and be a strong collaborator.

  • A keen interest in design, culture, technology, and innovation.

This role is part-time/full-time negotiable.
