Are you an innovative and engaging individual looking to join a team that delivers excellent customer experience to our client – ISPT, for their developed property in the heart of Tech Central, no two days will be the same.

As the Concierge you will be responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming environment for all customers, tenants and the building community onsite. You will also support the growing virtual community via the building app, as well as our Flex by ISPT business. You will also be an advocate of the ISPT brand by communicating any event activity across the commercial and retail precinct

The Opportunity:

  • Warmly welcoming all visitors, provide information and support amenities, services, events and facilities

  • Managing the Visitor Management sign-in system, providing technical assistance where required.

  • Proactively finding opportunities to provide a high-calibre and hyper-personalized service for guests.

  • Managing the Concierge service-request portal, responding to all guest-services related requests in a timely manner.

  • Facilitating Concierge services for staff, including Umbrella Loans, Welcome Gift Check-Outs, Restaurant Bookings and assistance with the building app.

  • Work with the customer experience team in develop and delivering events

  • Draft communications, content and social media and set-up booking links to promote events

  • Provide assistance to the Flex team which may include event set-ups, hosting clients when required

We’d love to see demonstrated experience in a front-of-house capacity, whether it be from a corporate, events or hospitality environment. We don’t want to be prescriptive on what you’ve done, but we would like to see some evidence that you’re:

  • A genuine “people-person”, who is natural with meeting and engaging diverse guests

  • Interest and/or knowledge in technology, digital innovation and creative business

  • Passionate for serving others with an interest in creating community

  • Committed to closing-the-loop on requests

  • Confident in responding to a range of inquiries or complaints

  • Aptitude with social media and google analytics is highly regarded
