Client Executive, North Asia Portfolio
We are looking for an experienced tier 1 qualified Client Executive to assist in maintaining our exceptional servicing levels within our Sydney Global and Corporate team. This role will sit within our North Asia Insurance Services team.
You will be supporting senior individuals on their significant corporate clients so that they can focus on investing their time in clients and delivering on strategic objectives that will be beneficial to all the team.

What the day will look like
You will be working on an existing book consisting of commercial and corporate business across a wide variety of industries, providing renewals and day-to-day client servicing. Key responsibilities include:
Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
Designing appropriate servicing solutions and insurance programs for their portfolio
Managing essential interface with the administration support, claims and placement teams
Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio
Assisting on business development opportunities within new and existing accounts for all aspects of Aon offering.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine drive to learn as well as:
Bilingual in Mandarin (preferable) and English
Proven experience working on commercial or corporate accounts either as the portfolio manager or supporting a senior broker would be advantageous
Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
Ability to engage professionally with clients of a different cultural heritage, showing the requisite patience and resilience.
Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic, attention to greater detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Tier 1 or Diploma qualification is expected.
