Stryker Casual Marketing Associate - Vocera in Sydney, Australia

We are looking for a Casual Junior Marketing Associate to join the Vocera team here at Stryker, 2-3 days per week .

This is a casual position with flexible working hours, offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in marketing in the Medical Device industry and contribute to the growth of our business. This is the perfect opportunity for a student or graduate in marketing, biomedical engineering, or health science to start their career.

What you will do:

  • Localisation of Marketing Materials: Localise marketing collaterals, presentations, product brochures, emails, and other marketing materials to cater to the Australian market.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all localised marketing materials comply with relevant regulations.

  • Collaboration with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the global marketing team to align messaging, branding, and design elements.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitors' activities, and opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies.

  • Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to maintain the highest standard of accuracy in all localised materials.

What you will need:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure accurate content.

  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies would be ideal but not essential

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
