Act as the Site Lead in a fast-paced facilities management team for a client in the banking sector

The purpose of this Senior Facilities Coordinator position is to be the site lead, to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of the client sites. Overseeing the facility maintenance management and safety programs and manage performance metrics in accordance with account KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).

Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfil the role. Work with building management, supervisors and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;

  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring and updating of the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other Team members

  • Coordinate general maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLA’s and assist in the management of contractor site inductions

  • Collate monthly & quarterly report, attend to client service requests including key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status and project pipeline

  • Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave

Skills and experience:

  • Experience with professional services or banking client is highly regarded

  • Technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred M&E knowledge

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills
