Compensation:

  • $19.50 for new candidates

  • Additional $2 shift differential

Shift Times: 12-hour shifts (6:00a - 6:30p), be prepared to work either days or nights.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process trucks hauling crops

  • Perform various harvest activities (e.g., husk and sort operations)

  • Operate dryers, shell and store crops

  • Supply Conditioning with seed, apply treatments

  • Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed

  • Enter inventory information

  • Stage and ship seed, retag and re-bag seed

  • Inspect and wash pro boxes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of production agriculture

  • Ability to work safely and maintain seed quality

  • Work independently or with a team; adjust to changing conditions

  • Reliable transportation, good attitude, and respect for others

  • Able to work long hours, rotational shifts, and lift up to 60 pounds

Safety:

  • Monitor equipment and facilities, maintain safety standards, and rotate through various roles.

  • Steel toe boots required; dress code: long pants, shirts covering shoulders, PPE provided
