Job Title: Clinical Director (Primary Care)
Salary: Up to £80,000 Dependent on experience
Location: Eastcott Veterinary Clinic and Hospital, Swindon
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible 4 or 5 day week, and 1 in 8 weekend rota.
Enthusiastic Primary Care Clinical Director required to lead our forward-thinking team at Eastcott Veterinary Clinical and Hospital in Swindon.
As Primary Care Director, you will be responsible for the team of 13 FTE Vets, working alongside the Head Nurse to ensure a good working relationship with the vets and nurses to offer a smooth and efficient service to our clients and their pets.
Reporting to the Hospital Director your duties will include maintenance of the team, managing the ICU department (which extends to 10 partner practices in the area), overseeing the rota, marketing, and the P&L for the Primary Care business whilst working as part of the rota with protected admin time.

About Us
The practice is a primary care team set within a hospital that also houses a multi-disciplinary referral team. Eastcott is based in Swindon with the main site in Dorcan, and smaller branches in North Swindon and Old Town.
We provide 24-hour emergency services and routine primary care for small animals, working separately – albeit closely - with the referral and ECC department.
