Job Description

The Intel EMEA Partner GSI Sales Organization is looking for an energetic and senior Chief Technology Officer to drive Intel innovation and leadership forward with one of the leading Global System Integrators - Capgemini - while delivering value at the forefront of our joint business for short/mid and long-term impact.

As part of the increased focus on GSIs as an important route to market for Intel - this is a new position being created to up-level the senior technical enablement/engagement with Capgemini in order to increase the depth, breadth and time to market of Capgemini offerings that incorporate Intel IP (HW, SW, Services). The Chief Technology Officer will ultimately own this Get-to-Market portion and orchestrate the development of complex end to end solutions and services fueled by any relevant Intel technologies from Edge to Cloud (with a focus on AI) and help deliver business outcomes.

You will be expected to do this by building executive level relationships, facilitating technology collaboration with the partner to increase the customer differentiation on diverse business outcomes and success with Intel architectures. In this position you will be collaborating with a virtual team, across multiple time-zones working across relevant Capgemini, Intel and Ecosystem technical teams.

This is a commissioned sales position.

The UK is the primary location and we would look at hiring in other locations only on an exceptional basis, if we have no viable candidates in the UK.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with both a strong technical and customer focus background, proven experience in executive sales and breadth of IT Product, Solution, Services and Ecosystem knowledge.

  • 10+ years experience and acumen in technical sales / solution architect positions.

  • 5+ years experience in Partnerships and/or Sales.

  • Strong knowledge of the Intel Portfolio of Products/Solutions as well as an understanding and grasp of Ecosystem landscape.

  • Strong solutions and services acumen in IoT, PC client, data-center and cloud infrastructures and AI.

  • Willingness and ability to represent Intel in the industry as a technology evangelist.

  • Excellent executive relationship building, stakeholder management and influencing skills, at all levels at Intel and the customer.

  • Demonstrate results, accountability and role modelling of Intel cultural attributes.

  • Ability to recognize dynamic shifts in the environment and adjust the leadership and organization.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable with risk-taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.

  • Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and manage multiple projects simultaneously and across different vertical markets.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and results orientation.

  • Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization, across teams, cultures, and time-zones.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
