Maintenance Technician *Sweetwater *Pratis Properties are looking for a few good enthusiastic maintenance people. We have several apartments in the Sweetwater area, and are needing a caretaker to do the maintenance and upkeep on the properties.**
Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stair
- Must have their own tools
- Handy Man experience
- HVAC experience requested
- Competitive Salary
- Rotating Hours/ Be willing to be On Call.
- Holiday Pay
- Housing Allotment, toward living on the property
- Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Test.
- If living out of the area, must be willing to relocate to Sweetwater within a reasonable length of time.
- Salary $15.00 -$17.00 hr.
