Requirements:

Previous production leadership experience is required, and the ability to lead others is crucial. The ideal candidate would have experience in a warehouse setting, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.

Shift Details

  • Overnight Shift | Start Time (5 PM - 9 PM) - End Time (4 AM - 6 AM)
  • Must be flexible to work 5 days per week between Monday - Saturday with Sundays and one additional day off.
  • Pay | $21 per hour

Warehouse Production Lead Duties

  • Training team members on production, quality control, and safety processes
  • Monitoring attendance, timekeeping, performance, and production records
  • Performing quality control inspections to ensure production standards are consistently met
  • Motivating team members to improve individual performance
  • Reviewing daily production goals and priorities with our customer's management team
  • Advising on any issues that are impacting production
