Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cargo Agents for a 90-day contract-to-hire position. The role involves various responsibilities in a warehouse environment, including unloading and loading packages, staging for pick-up, and more. Please read the Work Environment section for more details.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages from freight containers.

• Load packages into freight containers.

• Stage packages for pick-up from the main entity.

• Lift packages weighing up to 35 lbs unassisted.

• Consistently bend, stand, and walk.

• Work in a regulated traffic site.

• Willingness to learn forklift operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in unloading, loading, warehouse, shipping, and receiving (minimum 3 months).

Work Environment

You will be working at a third-party facility supporting a new Amazon AIR facility near major airports. This is a hanger/warehouse environment with a smaller, rapidly growing team. Shifts include 6:30 pm to 3:30 am and 12:00 am to 8:30 am. OSHA/BADGE Classes are provided on Mondays and Wednesdays. Employees work five days in a row with two consecutive days off, including weekends. Scheduling is based on seniority and is subject to change with 30 days' notice based on operational needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
