Description
Veeqo (veeqo.com) is a multi-channel shipping software built to simplify fast-growth ecommerce. Acquired by Amazon in 2021, Veeqo helps sellers cut shipping costs while increasing the speed of fulfilling customer orders. Our vision is to become the back office hub for all e-commerce sellers, for both their on-Amazon and off-Amazon business. You will report to the Head of Support as a Program Manager to build and manage the strategy to measure and improve seller experience by driving process improvement initiatives that primarily focus on identifying and eliminating the defects from seller experiences with key stakeholders. This role encourages pioneering new ways of thinking, designing and delivering to shape the landscape of Veeqo Support (ie. content strategy, operational efficiency, seller experience improvement). You will conduct your own research and analysis, always with an eye on the long-term vision of the business. Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage the seller experience roadmap, driving regular stakeholder reviews and overseeing performance metrics reports.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and implement solutions, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify issues, develop improvements, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing the seller experience.
Provide support materials to internal teams with seller contact
Implement effective operations solutions quickly, adapting to changing priorities and new ideas.
Champion seller needs using data and technology, serving as a role model across the wider organization.
About the team
Veeqo is a fast growing team within Amazon, with over 120 team members and plans to expand rapidly in 2023. With teams based in Costa Rica, Swansea, London, Seattle, Austin and Toronto.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in program or project management
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
