Our client in the light industrial sector is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the packaging department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, be a team player, have basic problem-solving skills, and be able to lift heavy objects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Associate

Location: Swannanoa, NC (6AM - 4-PM or 4PM- 2AM)

Pay Range: $15.50 or $16.50 Hourly

What's the Job?

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.

• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.

• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.

• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.

• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED typically required.

• 0-2 years experience required.

• Verbal communication skills and team player.

• Basic problem solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures.
