The Job

  • Have an in depth understanding of the business areas and the skills which are in demand.

  • Support the business department's staffing, new hire’s integration, performance review, job grading promotion, contract renewal, its feedback and evaluation of the effect, competency enhancement for key position holders.

  • Organize internal communication and employee cohesion activities to enhance employee satisfaction and talent retention, and support business units to develop and complete relevant action plans;

  • Support department managers and HRM to implement talent review, calibration and people development planning;

  • Collaborate with COE & HR shared services on relevant topics;

  • Familiar with labor law and HR routine operation process, to ensure all the personnel operations legal; manage effective employee relationship to avoid any employment risk.

  • Conduct training needs analysis survey to develop a wide range of learning programs, to ensure the effectiveness of training reached in the Engineering team.

  • Effective development and management of all internal learning resources for the Engineering team.

  • The collection, sorting and analysis of training data, and continuous improvement of learning styles based on the analysis results for Engineering team training programs.

  • Work on any temporary assignment from the Supervisor.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Human Resources, business administration or English.

  • 5 above years of HRBP experience in MNC environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects and provide strong consultative skills.

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

  • Fluent both in oral and written English.

  • Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software.
