1. 协助工程师进行实验室日常工作，如样品处理、数据整理、测试环境搭建等。

2. 参与测试项目的讨论与规划，为团队提供项目支持。

3. 学习实验室基本的测试技术和设备使用方法。

4. 协助测试工程师准备测试所需的设备、工具。

5. 积极参与团队会议，分享实验进展和发现。

6. 遵守实验室的安全规定，确保实验室环境整洁有序。

7. 在读本科生，专业背景以机电相关理工科专业优先。

8. 具备良好的英语读写能力。

9. 热爱科学研究，对实验室工作充满兴趣，并具备一定的动手能力。

10. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，乐于分享和学习。

11. 能够按时履行工作职责，对实验室的安全和秩序负责。
