Logitech Embedded Software Manager in Suzhou, China

You will be in the rapidly growing team in China, and play a lead role in strategizing and executing a new product pipeline in a range of segments, including human-interface devices, personal working place solutions, human-computer interaction, and other emerging technologies in China.
You will be leading a Firmware development team responsible of a portfolio of products within the China for China team, from the Strategic Front End, through product development, and into successful mass production in the Far East.
You will be in close partnership with our marketing, innovation, design, architects, extended engineering organisation, program management, operation, and manufacturing to bring those products to market.
You will base on our Suzhou office, reporting to the in China for China engineering leader of PWS.

Manage a team of senior engineers developing Embedded Software for the next wave of productivity, gaming products
Act as Technical Project Manager, ensuring WBS is in place. Drive execution and delivery schedule based on agreed milestones. Remove roadblocks and provide support to insure all team members have what they need to succeed
Drive alignment across multiple teams in close collaboration with Embedded System Architects, making sure the integration between platforms and products works
Take ownership of the quality and stability of embedded code. Help develop and promote engineering processes and best practices including design reviews, code reviews, test driven development and continuous integration
Perform employee performance reviews and further the professional development for your immediate team. Hire right talent as required to maintain high standard
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
5+ years’ experience in Embedded Software Engineering
3+ years’ experience in team management / technical project management
Strong experience in delivering products
Service oriented attitude, with strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical individuals
Highly organized with strong multi-project planning, management, and tracking skills
Education:
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
PMP certification a plus
