What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for GFSS Suzhou PTP Process and BPO management in APAC.

  • Responsible for GFSS Suzhou Business Excellence and Control & Compliance function.

  • Overall responsibility of GFSS Suzhou PTP Function:

  • Overall responsibility of GFSS OPEX and business excellence function:

  • Overall responsibility of GFSS Suzhou Control and Compliance function:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and above.

  • Minimum 15-20 years of (international) experience in finance/ accounting domain experience in multinational (manufacturing) corporation.

  • Solid knowledge of all aspect of Finance & Accounting.

  • Good command of both written and oral English.

  • Experience of SAP/Oracle.

  • Have strong control & compliance sense and experience.

  • Good knowledge of lean and continues improvement tools/methodology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skill, persuasion & influencing skills as well as be politically savvy.

  • Strong skills in developing and leveraging a network of peers, associates, and superiors as well as capability to leverage resources not directly reporting to the function.

  • Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Good understanding and able to work in a global organization with multi-cultural environment and diverse workforce.

  • Understands the key fundamentals in finance area that drive the business results success of the organization. Strong business acumen.
