Job Information

Philips Advanced Verification Engineer-Pipeline in Suzhou, China

Handle hardware product verification activities and reliability activities during medical product development. Communicate with design team, global team and other function team to deliver a high-quality product.

Your role:

  • Review product requirement specification, design the detailed test case base on the requirement.

  • Develop Verification Plan, Verification Specification, Verification Traceability, lead and perform verification testing, generate the Verification Report base on design input and project needed.

  • Develop Reliability Plan, define reliability testcase and activities to improve the product quality. Lead and perform reliability test and activities, generate reliability test report and help team to meet the reliability target.

  • Record and track the defects, support designer to analysis failures and resolve the defects. Help project team to improve product quality.

  • Support design change, support impact analysis and complete the verification activities during the change.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering or relevant.

  • Greater than 5 years working experience with bachelor’s degree or greater than 3 years working experience with master’s degree.

  • Be familiar with design process and verification.

  • Experience in functional testing, environmental testing, and life testing.

  • Experience in reliability control and testing.

  • Experience in testcase development, management, defect tracking.

  • Good communication skills with cross function team.

  • Good English in Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing.

  • RF or Mechanical testing experience preferred.

  • High power testing experience preferred.

  • HALT/EMC testing experience preferred.

  • Healthcare industrial background preferred.

  • Engineer with electrician certificate preferred.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
