Job Description
Your focus:
You are responsible for ensuring high performance of the department and continuously reviewing opportunities for process standardization and improvement in close cooperation with the GPOs. You are also responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the department as well as managing scheduling and work distribution. Furthermore you should coach and develop specialists, professionals and clerks.

How you will contribute and lead:
Coach and develop process employees
Continuous review of process standardization
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies
Ensure training and support for team members
Evaluate performance and competency development of direct and in-direct reports
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Improve day-to-day processes and work practices
Liaise with center management to ensure a sound strategy for people development
Manage day-to-day tasks, team schedule and work distribution
Solve complex exceptions and issues which are escalated from operational clerks
Lives and acts the IFF and GBS values
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
University degree within economics or finance or business school degree
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Work experience from an international environment is required
Certified Lean Six Sigma and having experience in driving process improvement initiatives
Experience with leading a team of 10-20 is required
Fluent in English as well as a competent literate
Professional / Technical skills
Expert within Finance & Accounting signifying a capability to solve complex difficulties and develop standards for performance; considered a role model by colleagues and an expert by customers
Expert in the use of SAP FI/CO, is considered a plus
Experience from a GBS is considered a plus
