Description

Our client is seeking a General Counsel or Sr Corporate Counsel to join their team in the greater Atlanta, GA / Gwinnett region. This role will bring legal functions inhouse to establish best practices across contracts, risk, regulatory, business strategy, litigation, employment law and corporate governance.

Requirements

• SaaS industry experience

• Healthcare industry experience

• Employment law experience

• Regulatory and compliance experience

• Government contracting experience

• Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Bar admission and good standing in the state of practice.
