Job Title: Warehouse Lead/Coordinator

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead/Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations within our distribution center. This role entails ensuring punctuality, efficiency, and safety among all employees, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring proper handling of products in Order Fulfillment and Shipping Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, training, managing, and potentially hiring staff, coupled with a strong leadership to motivate team members to achieve departmental and company goals. Responsibilities also include executing policies related to accident reporting, attendance monitoring, and maintaining effective communication with supervisors and internal staff. The role requires managing and performing standard warehouse duties in either Order Fulfillment or Shipping.

Work Environment

The distribution center is not climate-controlled, and work can be hot and tiring, especially during the summer months. The role in Shipping involves heavy lifting and stacking on truck backs during shifts, while substantial walking is required to monitor various sections of the facility.
