Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
The CNC Machinist will set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce parts and components. The CNC Machinist will also read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. This individual will perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications. Additionally, the role involves daily machine maintenance, troubleshooting CNC machines, and collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce parts and components.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and machines.
Maintain a good attendance record and practice safe work habits.
Essential Skills
Proficient understanding of G-code.
Knowledge of cutting tool selection for highest efficiency and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to communicate instructions to teammates.
Three years of experience machining custom one-of-a-kind parts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00
