Assumes direct resident care as assigned by RN or LPN.
- Ambulating and repositioning
- Bathing/Dressing
- Assist with feeding
- Change bed liner according to policy
- Answers call bells
- Gives bedpans, urinals, assists to commode
- Takes vital signs, weights, and heights
