Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Leader to join one of British Columbias health authority, Fraser Health, on a 6 month contract to permanent position. As a Project Leader, you will support important projects within the Fraser Health Facilities Management/Planning & Projects portfolio. They have small to medium-sized projects where you will use your unique talents to tackle administrative and client challenges in a collaborative and innovative way with many diverse partners. Your diverse background in project management will prepare you to use your organizational skills in the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of health care infrastructure and facilities projects.

They are a team composed of dedicated professionals who thrive in a collaborative culture. They support learning, customer service, stewardship, communication, and performance. Position will be fully in-office for the first three months, with potential to move to a hybrid schedule following a performance assessment.

Skills and Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects; preferably Tenant Improvement projects.

 Open to learning, flexible, and proactive, with a strong willingness to adapt quickly.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

 Effective communicator with a keen sense for collaboration within a team setting.

 Bachelors degree in a construction/project management related field Project Management Professional Designation null
