Job Description:

Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Education Qualifications:

• This 1.0 FTE PT position is part of our FLEX Team of therapists

• These therapists travel to locations in the greater Duluth/Superior area and assist in coverage needs when other therapists are on vacation, leaves, etc.

• Will work with peds/adults and in outpatient and inpatient settings

• Typical hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM, but may be flexible depending upon location

• Weekend and holiday rotation required.

• Current license in the state performing services (MN and WI).
