Job Title: Project Manager – (Hybrid in Sunrise, Florida)

- 3 days/week in office

In this role, you will serve as a Project Manager embedded within a UX / Product Design team. Leveraging your project management expertise, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of design-centric projects that enhance user experiences and product functionality. Working closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless communication, effective collaboration, and timely project completion. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Sunrise, Florida, three days a week, allowing you to actively engage with the team and contribute to their vibrant, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Project Manager focused on UX Design, Product Design, or a similar creative environment.

  • Strong understanding of design processes and methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • Comfortable working on-site in Sunrise, Florida, three days a week.

  • Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage design-focused projects from initiation to completion.

  • Serve as a liaison between design, development, and business teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Facilitate regular meetings and maintain clear communication channels across stakeholders.

  • Identify and address potential roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track.

  • Champion user-centric principles, ensuring designs meet business objectives and enhance customer experiences.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and achievements.
