Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as data entry, customer service, and file organization within our business.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record donations

• Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain donor records

• Correspond with customers via email to address inquiries and resolve issues

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation

• Organize and manage files for efficient data retrieval

• Utilize 10 key skills for data input and calculations

• Scan documents as needed for digital record keeping

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with donors

• Use typing skills for data entry and email correspondence. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Excellent ability to provide high-quality Customer Service

• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry tasks

• Proficient in Email Correspondence

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Proven experience in Organizing Files effectively

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and efficiently

• Experience in Scanning documents and files
