Job Title: BIM/VDC Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient BIM/VDC Coordinator. This role includes coordination with other sub-contractor trades, participation in meetings to resolve clashes, and ensuring compliance with budget, constructability, and NEC code. The coordinator will produce shop drawings, cross-sections of underground conduits and cables, and other electrical systems for pre-fabrication and field teams. Responsibilities include preparing RFIs and follow-up responses, reading and interpreting various architectural and engineering plans, and conferring with engineers and project management staff to resolve issues. The role requires travel to various project sites and compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety programs.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software

• Experience with electrical projects

• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans

• Experience preparing RFIs and follow-up responses

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication with engineers and project management staff

• Team management abilities

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sunnyvale, Texas.

Work Environment

In office Monday-Friday with occasional travel to various project sites
