This role can be based in Atlanta, San Francisco, Mountain View, New York or Chicago.

We are looking for a Technology Program Manager to join our team responsible for managing the Source to Pay (S2P) platforms and systems administration within LinkedIn’s Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) organization. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to support, enhance, and deliver new features and tools, focusing on providing a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with partners to address system pain points, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to manage configurations for S2P tools, ensuring smooth operation and an exceptional user experience.

  • Own technology improvement projects by crafting project plans, tracking progress, and communicating project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Provide prompt, proactive support to internal teams, ensuring high responsiveness and attention to detail when addressing system issues or user requests, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering outstanding service.

  • Work as part of the team to implement new features and platform upgrades, contributing to the prioritization of enhancement requests and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address user needs, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for S2P tools within the team, providing guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders. Proactively identifies business problems at the root of complex situations and develops recommended solutions.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles and system documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in a Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, business systems analysis, systems administration, or related roles.

  • 6+ years of experience with implementing and managing enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa, Workday).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with S2P platforms and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, such as Coupa, Conga, ZIP, or similar systems.

  • Experience working within a global strategic sourcing or procurement organization.

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve system-related issues promptly.

  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and projects.

  • Prior experience leading new S2P system implementation and/or system migration.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $84,000 - $137,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
