The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Agile Resourcing Model (ARM) program is seeking a Vendor Coach to support the training, onboarding, and performance of our ARM vendor resources for our Engineering TA team. ARM is a new strategic initiative being implemented by TA to create a more adaptable and responsive recruiting model that aligns 3rd party vendor resources with fluctuating hiring demands.

In this role, you will partner closely with our vendor-based recruiting teams to ensure they are equipped with the best practices, systems, and knowledge needed to achieve our hiring goals. The TA Vendor Solutions Coach will focus on training and coaching vendor resources and vendor team leads, helping us to enhance our recruiting capabilities and drive success through effective vendor management. The TA Vendor Solutions Coach is a pivotal new role for us, reporting directly to the Program Director, TA Vendor Solutions.

*Responsibilities: *

  • Onboard and coach vendor-based team leads and resources on ARM program best practices, systems, and processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes, including finding innovative and scalable ways to deliver results and unlock growth, and partner with central teams to training programs.

  • Develop and facilitate group and individual training sessions with vendor resources to boost vendor performance and hiring output.

  • Build influential, trusted partner relationships with internal TA management teams to understand their trainings needs while providing appropriate support, best practices, and guidance, including consulting on recruitment strategies and key market trends.

  • Monitor weekly recruiting performance metrics and share insights with internal leadership via weekly updates and monthly reviews.

  • Conduct weekly business reviews, ensuring performance diagnoses, mitigation plans, and follow-up to deliver recruiting and growth expectations.

*Basic Qualifications: *

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

*Preferred Qualifications: *

  • Strong prior experience in the recruitment industry in talent acquisition, account services, or business development.

  • Experience in motivating, inspiring, and driving teams to sustainable growth.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can embrace rapid change and innovation with a superior entrepreneurial sense.

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment cycle, best practices, and techniques.

  • Experience with analysis of recruiting activities and metrics, thinking critically about a business, owning performance management, and managing candidate outcomes.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with experience navigating a matrix environment.

  • Ability to influence internal and vendor stakeholders without authority through clear and persuasive communication.

The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $182,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
