Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.

• Experience in developing software applications using TypeScript.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will need to have User Interface (UI) experience. You will need to have a clear understanding of how to develop a responsive, well tested, maintainable, modern UI application, and plan on how to reshape Google's software ecosystem towards the end goal.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Develop backend technologies, as Google owns several of the backend team (which are implemented using a mix of C++ and Go).

• Write code, mostly User Interface (UI) and backend code. Own a large, important UI and architect them.

• Communicate with internal users, ensuring the UI fulfills their requirements.

• Learn new networking products, understand their UI requirements, document them, and develop features in time for Google to launch those new products.
