The Next Gen Experiences functions as a startup within the larger Walmart US organization, helping us leapfrog some core challenges in retail through the use of cutting edge technologies including Generative AI.

As a Principal Product Manager on the Next Gen Experiences team, you will be the focal point of identifying, solving and scaling solutions to accelerate the pace of retail innovation. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of first principles questioning, platform thinking, and building modular capabilities that will scale across the omni-channel ecosystem.

You'll make an impact by:

• Being the subject matter expert on GenAI and it's application to solving challenges in retail

• Building and scaling core enterprise capabilities that supercharge our associates' efficiency

• Defining vision and drive execution for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value

• Being part of the leadership team and help foster a customer-first, impact-driven product culture

• Evangelizing a platform-thinking culture to deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization

• Managing cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.

• Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities

• Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
