Recruiting Coordinator / Candidate Scheduler

This role is a hybrid role and requires weekly onsite work for a client in Sunnyvale or Fremont or Burlingame, CA. Immediate Joiner.

About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Candidate and hiring manager engagement activities

• Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support

• Candidate review, screening, pre-qualification and presentation

• Lead candidates through initial stages of application process

• Recruitment process compliance and system administration

• Collaborate on special projects

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills

• Recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience (1+ years)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Applicant tracking system experience (1+ years)

• Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products – calendars and email

• Proven ability to work within a team environment

• Ability to take direction and execute a plan

• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

Pay range and compensation package

The base salary range for this position is $72,800-$83,200, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus. In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
