Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• Experience in Demand Planning/Forecasting and integrated business planning.

• Experience in manipulating, analyzing, and synthesizing sets of data, and distilling it into key insights and concepts.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.

• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements.

• Ability to manage accountability and ownership for project life-cycle, with knowledge of the tools and elements of project management.

• Ability to work as part of a team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

• Excellent analytical skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) within Google Data Centers is responsible for driving optimal fulfillment and balancing demand intent from Product Areas, deployment decisions for new technology, and supply capability across data centers, networking, and machines. The CDP (Consensus Demand Planning) team within GIG works with various partner/resource teams to align on a demand plan that is executable by supply chain partners and enable appropriate capacity required to deploy to Product Areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Develop supply and demand models that manage costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels, and present recommendations to leadership, drive decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.

• Establish and utilize statistical models, and processes and software tools in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.

• Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, review supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/escalations in a timely manner.

• Drive cross-functional projects/programs to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones across the organization.
