AppleCare Digital Product Design is seeking a skilled Design Producer to join our expert team. Serving over 6 billion customers annually, AppleCare Digital crafts and builds customer support and service experiences across various platforms, including on-device, app, and web.

Description

The Product Design Producer drives the successful execution of design projects by handling timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures smooth workflows, aligns collaborators, and keeps the team passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centered designs. With a strong blend of organizational skills, communication, and a deep understanding of design processes, the Design Producer bridges the gap between creativity and efficiency to bring innovative products to life.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Shown experience in design production, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a product design or technology environment.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

  • Strong understanding of design workflows, processes, and deliverables.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between designers, engineers, and collaborators.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.

  • Experience working in Digital Support, consumer products, or e-commerce industries.

  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
