ManpowerGroup OFSC Architect - Remote (CST) in Sunnyvale, California

Responsibilities: As an OFSC Architect, you will be responsible for reviewing and integrating all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. In this role, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Oracle Field Service Management is required. Expert proficiency in Architecture Frameworks, Operational Architecture, Applications Architecture, Architectural Design, and Technology Architecture are recommended.

. In depth knowledge and prior experience on implementing Scheduling, Dispatch, Routing plans, Optimization and OFSC Mobile areas

. Able to communicate well with functional users, gather requirements and solution the requirements

• Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges

• Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and methodologies
