Our client, a dynamic player in the property management industry, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the operations team supporting various residential locations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $29-$30

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Full Onsite

What's the Job?

• Perform unit turns and make readies, including cleaning, painting, and potential appliance repair/installation.

• Conduct basic electrical work such as replacing lights, ballasts, and switches.

• Handle basic plumbing tasks including garbage disposal replacement, unclogging toilets, and identifying small water intrusions.

• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including indoor/outdoor common spaces, public restrooms, and trash disposal.

• Utilize Yardi or similar programs for efficient work order management.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform unit turns and make readies effectively.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

• Willingness to maintain cleanliness in public areas.

• Experience with Yardi or similar work order management systems is a plus.

• A proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs and communicating effectively.
