Required Skills:
Internship Program Manager (Short Term Employee) Responsibilities:
Partner with global program manager group and recruiting to build a scalable model for supporting interns, intern managers and leadership within the business group
Design and deliver programs that provide participants with a meaningful experience and equitable experience, attracting and converting top talent
Partner closely with the business within your pipeline group to meet current business needs while balancing a scalable program framework.
Design and lead training to ensure a strong program support structure
Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support the global program and ensure data integrity
Leverage data to track performance indicators, identify trends, and align projects and programs with company priorities
Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners
Participate in global projects to improve the overall program and drive enterprise long-range global projects to improve the program globally
Work closely with program specialists to respond to participant and manager questions and escalations.

Experience managing large project workstreams from planning to execution
Experience working cross-functionally
Experience communicating across all levels of an organization
Experience working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects
Experience using a data-driven approach to solving problems
Experience synthesizing data and making recommendations
Experience using organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up, operational excellence with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectiveness
Experience navigating ambiguity

Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $166,000/year + benefits
