Position Title: Finance Manager III

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Position Responsibilities:

Expand and enhance reporting and analysis of the International Consumer business, with the primary focus on driving Free Cash Flow on a global scale. Deliver improved efficiency & accuracy through automation, process improvements, and defect prevention. Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including multiple category finance teams, other FP&A teams, operations, technology, supply chain, and senior Consumer and Consumer Finance leadership teams. Support reporting and analysis for Consumer International with an emphasis on driving and expanding free cash flow across all countries. Conduct financial and data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Tableau and Power BI to identify and present insights into large data sets. Support FCF planning process and ensure initiatives are aligned and embedded in each country’s plan by structuring performance management plans. Assist in automating and simplifying reporting across International consumer groups by developing interactive dashboards. Thrive in an environment that facilitates the development of challenging goals, business plans and financial plans and then help the business achieve these results. Improve communications among countries leading to enhanced oversight and visibility by corporate senior leadership. Assist in the development of an auditing mechanism and processes that ensures profitability improvements to the P&L and Balance Sheet. Support in continued team development by providing direction and mentoring to finance team members. Help in implementation of reporting tool to streamline their management and financial reporting process. Define business/functional requirements and create functional specifications. Design and implement financial systems to create and automate management and financial reports. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Actively participate in meetings, drive work products development, and coach & guide junior team members. Help finance functions more effective and efficient. Involves understanding their current state processes and helping with process improvement and automation for future state. Supervise 1 Financial Analyst and 1 Senior Financial Analyst. Approximately 15% of time for domestic travel. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $169,166/year to $207,000/year

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Math or related discipline and 1 year of experience in finance. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Math or related discipline and 3 years of experience in finance. Experience must include1 year of experience with each of the following: (1) in updating and developing detailed financial models; (2) analyzing business and financial performance; (3) managing cross-functional financial research projects including idea generation and incorporating research findings and views in compelling, in-depth reports; (4) systems implementation from requirement gathering to deployment; (5) finance, accounting, business processes, and financial systems; and (6) leading transformation projects.#0000
