Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Sunnyvale, California. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, focusing on improving and maintaining our donor relationships through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data entry and upkeep in our CRM (RazorsEdge)

• Engage with donors through phone calls, letters, and emails as a token of appreciation

• Execute regular trips to the post office for donor-related mail tasks

• Conduct relevant research on donors to enhance relationships

• Uphold excellent customer service standards in line with the organization's guidelines

• Support other departments as required due to the nature of a small team environment

• Participate in weekly team meetings to stay updated on our fundraising initiatives

• Tend to general administrative tasks as part of the role's requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

• Proficient in 10 Key Skills for fast and accurate data input

• Excellent customer service skills to handle client queries and issues

• Proven experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and document creation

• Experience in organizing files both physically and digitally for easy access and retrieval

• Capable of performing calculations quickly and accurately for data entry tasks

• Proficient in scanning documents and converting them into a digital format

• Fast and accurate typing skills to ensure efficient data entry TalentMatch®
